Hmm, a windy day and it smells like cattle. My husband reminds me that it is the smell of money.

Here’s what I ate today….

Breakfast at my desk mid-morning: kale, 3 eggs fried in Kerrygold butter, carrots, salt and pepper, coffee with heavy cream.

Around 1:30 before I hit the grocery store: banana & roasted almonds.

Later, I finished up the kids’ after school snack.
I don’t usually buy nuts, but we had some leftover from our road trip this past weekend.

Dinner cooked in the crock pot all day: chicken tortilla-less soup. Plus Daisy brand sour cream (no extra additives). I was SO hungry that I ate dinner early because it was ready. Yay for crock pots.

Then I had a spoonful of sunflower seed butter and a handful of tortilla chips when the rest of the family ate dinner.
